Stunning Wedding Reception Spaces at The Warrington for Your Big Day

We know choosing where to celebrate matters. You want a space that feels both elegant and welcoming, where your ceremony flows naturally into cocktails and dinner, and where your guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

At The Warrington in Warrington, PA, we've built our reputation on giving couples exactly that, a contemporary venue with the kind of old-school hospitality that makes planning feel personal instead of transactional. Our all-inclusive wedding packages mean you can focus on the moments that matter rather than chasing down a dozen different vendors.

Wedding Reception Spaces That Work for Your Vision

We've designed each reception space with a different celebration in mind. The Wedgewood Ballroom works for grand gatherings, and The Crystal Ballroom suits intimate receptions. Both offer climate-controlled comfort and flow directly from your ceremony.

The Wedgewood Ballroom for Grand Celebrations

If you're planning a larger wedding, the Wedgewood Ballroom accommodates 125 to 300 guests. Natural light pours in through large windows, and grand chandeliers add a touch of formality without feeling stuffy.

The 30 x 40 dance floor gives your guests plenty of room to move, and the private suite with its own bathroom means you and your wedding party have a quiet spot to regroup when you need it. This space works for couples who want that ballroom feel without sacrificing warmth or comfort.

The Crystal Ballroom for Intimate Elegance

For couples hosting 50 to 150 guests, the Crystal Ballroom offers a cozier setting with a modern stone fireplace and large windows that frame views of our landscaped grounds. The 24 x 36 dance floor keeps the energy close, and the natural light creates that warm, inviting atmosphere you want for a reception that feels personal.

The Modern Speakeasy and Arbor Room for Cocktail Hour

Between your ceremony and reception, your guests deserve more than a holding pattern. The Modern Speakeasy brings a stylish, contemporary vibe to cocktail hour, while the Arbor Room overlooks Arbor Gardens through expansive windows. Both spaces are designed to keep the conversation flowing while our team sets up your reception.

Your cocktail hour includes the Warrington Artisanal Market Station, a grazing table with meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, bruschetta, and hummus, plus butler-passed petite plates so guests can mingle without missing out.

Ceremony Spaces That Lead Smoothly to Your Reception

We offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. Our Arbor Gardens feature a 100-foot aisle and arch surrounded by manicured gardens, and couples enter from a grand balcony before walking down what we call memory lane. If weather's a concern or you prefer an indoor setting, we have you covered there, too.

Either way, your ceremony flows directly into cocktails and then reception without your guests needing to leave the property. Pets are welcome for outdoor ceremonies, though non-service animals aren't permitted inside the facility.

Cuisine Prepared by Executive Chef Jerry King

We're proud of our culinary team. Executive Chef Jerry King sources locally and seasonally, and our kitchen equipment lets us plate dishes that look as good as they taste. Signature dishes like Key West Chicken, Salmon Sesame, and Meatball on Spaghetti Nest (hors d’Oeuvre) show up on our menus, and we can also arrange signature stations, including a Philly Cheesesteak Station, Beer Garden Station, Doughnut Wall, Artisanal Market Station, Sushi Station, or something else tasty depending on what fits your vision.

Because we handle catering in-house and don't allow outside caterers, we control quality from start to finish. Our open vendor policy means you're free to bring in your own photographer, DJ, and other vendors, but food and bar service stay with us so we can deliver the level of consistency our couples have come to expect.

What's Included When You Book with Us

Our all-inclusive packages simplify budgeting and planning. You'll have a champagne toast, a first course of salad or soup with artisanal rolls, and four entrée options so your guests can choose what they'd like. Dessert includes your wedding cake with seasonal garnish, plus coffee and tea service.

Floral centerpieces and your wedding cake are part of the package, and you can arrange a complimentary consultation with our partner vendors so you can customize those details.

Concusion

We're located at 1360 Almshouse Road in Warrington, PA. If you're ready to see the spaces in person, call us at (215) 343-1630.

We're also offering special pricing for Spring and Summer 2026 dates, so if you're planning a wedding for the near future, now's a good time to reach out.
