The Ceremony Moment

The on-site ceremony takes place in the Bucolic Gardens, where the couple enters from a grand balcony before walking a 100-foot aisle, which we call "memory lane," framed by a signature arch. The grand balcony entrance and 100 foot aisle create a memorable setting for the ceremony. 

After vows, guests move directly into the next phase. There is no awkward gap, no shuttling between locations.

Cocktail Hour in the Arbor Room

The Arbor Room is purpose-built for the cocktail hour. Large windows look out over the Arbor Gardens, the built in bar is stocked and staffed, and the space gives guests room to move and gather before the reception begins. During this time, the Warrington Artisanal Market Station is set: a full grazing spread of meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, bruschetta, and hummus, alongside butler-passed petite plates circulated through the room.

That combination, a dedicated cocktail space with a distinct view and its own bar, means the transition from ceremony to reception feels like a natural part of the evening rather than a logistical pause.

Reception in the Ballrooms

For the reception, couples choose between the Wedgewood Ballroom, which seats 125 to 300 guests and is filled with natural light and grand chandeliers, and the Crystal Ballroom, suited for 50 to 150. Both spaces are designed to accommodate dining, celebration, and dancing throughout the reception. The Modern Speakeasy serves as a cocktail space for the Crystal Ballroom with a stylish, contemporary feel for couples who want that layer of variety in their evening.

The reception itself includes a champagne toast, a first course of salad or soup with artisanal rolls, four entrée options for guests, a wedding cake with seasonal garnish, and coffee and tea service or station. Executive Chef Jerry King leads the culinary team, and our team prepares fresh cuisine on site for weddings and events. Signature plates like the Key West Chicken and Salmon Sesame reflect the kitchen's focus on presentation alongside flavor.

The top-shelf bar, included in the all-inclusive package, is stocked with Maker's Mark, Jameson, Ketel One, Tito's, Tanqueray, and more, plus signature craft cocktails made with fresh juices and syrups.
