Top Reasons to Choose The Warrington for Your Wedding Reception

You've been to weddings where the food felt like an afterthought, the staff disappeared when you needed them, or the venue promised one thing and delivered another. We built The Warrington in Warrington, PA, to be different.

Our all-inclusive wedding packages give you transparency, value, and a team that shows up for you from your first consultation through the last dance. We're a contemporary venue with old school hospitality, which means we care about the details that matter. Our Executive Chef prepares every dish on site with seasonal ingredients.

Why Couples Keep Choosing The Warrington

When comparing venues, it’s important to focus on the details that matter most for your wedding day. We've listened to hundreds of couples tell us what worked and what didn't at other places. These reasons come up consistently when clients explain why they picked us over larger hotel ballrooms or garden estates.

All-Inclusive Packages That Actually Include What You Need

Our all-inclusive wedding packages include a cocktail hour with the Warrington Artisanal Market Station, and butler passed hors d'oeuvres, a champagne toast, salad or soup course with artisanal rolls, four entrée options, a wedding cake, coffee and tea service, and a full top-shelf bar featuring Maker's Mark, Jameson, Ketel One, Tito's, and Tanqueray. Signature craft cocktails are included.

You also get floral centerpieces and a customizable wedding cake. No hidden fees for standard services.

Ceremony and Reception in One Location

We offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces for 50 to 300 guests. Our award-winning Bucolic Gardens feature a 100-foot aisle we call memory lane, an arch, and landscaped gardens. Couples enter from a grand balcony, which makes for a striking moment. If you prefer an indoor ceremony or want a backup plan, we have climate-controlled options.

Either way, your guests stay on site from the ceremony through cocktails to the reception. Pets are welcome for outdoor ceremonies, though non-service animals aren't allowed inside.

Reception Spaces That Fit Your Guest Count

The Wedgewood Ballroom accommodates 125 to 300 guests with a 30 x 40 dance floor, natural light from large windows, and grand chandeliers. For more intimate receptions of 50 to 150 guests, the Crystal Ballroom offers a modern stone fireplace, a 24 x 36 dance floor, and views of our manicured grounds.

Between the ceremony and reception, your guests can enjoy a cocktail hour in the Modern Speakeasy or the Arbor Room, which overlooks Arbor Gardens through expansive windows.

Executive Chef and a Culinary Team You'll Remember

We handle all catering in-house. Executive Chef Jerry King sources locally and seasonally, and our modern kitchen equipment lets us plate dishes that look as intentional as they taste. Signature dishes like Key West Chicken, Salmon Sesame, and Meatball on Spaghetti Nest (hors d’oeuvre) show the range. We also offer signature stations, Philly Cheesesteak, Beer Garden, Doughnut Wall, Artisanal Market, and Sushi to name a few, if you want to add something interactive.

Because we don't allow outside caterers, we control quality from prep through service. We do have an open vendor policy for photographers, DJs, and other vendors beyond food and bar.

Staffing That Makes a Difference on Your Wedding Day

Every wedding at The Warrington includes an on-site coordinator, a manager, and a general manager. That's not one person stretched across three events. It's a dedicated team managing your timeline, coordinating vendor arrivals, and handling transitions like flipping the ceremony space or cueing your grand entrance.

Our clients tell us they notice the difference.
