Bucks County Mixology: Pineapple Paloma

Pineapple Paloma

When you’re giving a toast, what’s the drink in your hand?  The traditional drink of choice, champagne, is meeting competition and we’re on a mission to open the doors to new and exciting options.  With the summer wedding season approaching fast, we’re feeling the freedom, like windows down on the way to the beach, to challenge tradition. So with the option to be more picky about the drink of choice for your toast, what’s it going to be?

Our signature cocktail list is full of specialty items. Ones that tie back into classic cocktails we’ve all come to know and love, and some new ones created by our in-house mixology team. All of these cocktails are available when you book our all-inclusive packages.

With warmer weather ahead, wedding guests tend to lean towards sweet and refreshing creations. Ever had a Paloma?  It’s like a close sibling to the margarita, only grapefruit juice is the primary juice, and here, we make it fresh. Enjoy the sweet pop fresh juice gives a cocktail and take note. Fresh is the secret between a cocktail you like, and one you’ll love. The Paloma itself has been done before, so add our mixologists, who are feeling the freedoms of summer to add their own twist, and you get the Pineapple Paloma.  These ingredients combined, make it a refreshing classic for the time of year we’re approaching.
