Most venues hand you a room and a catering contract, but we hand you a team. Every wedding at The Warrington is staffed with an on-site coordinator, a Manager, and a General Manager. That means someone is always watching the timeline, managing your vendors, and handling the small things before you even notice them. You don't play point person on your own wedding day; we do.

One Location, One Day, Zero Driving

Your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all happen here. Guests don't need to navigate between locations, and you don't need to coordinate a shuttle schedule.

Outdoor ceremonies take place in our Bucolic Gardens, where couples enter from a grand balcony and walk a 100-foot aisle framed by an arch and landscaped gardens. After the ceremony, the grounds stay open for portraits. Inside, guests move into the Arbor Room or Modern Speakeasy for cocktail hour, then into your choice of ballroom for dinner and dancing. The Wedgewood Ballroom fits 125 to 300 guests. The Crystal Ballroom is designed for more intimate celebrations of 50 to 150.

Food That's Made Here, for Your Wedding

Executive Chef Jerry King leads our culinary team, and everything is prepared on-site with seasonal ingredients. Your all-inclusive package includes a full cocktail hour spread, a first course, four entrée options at dinner, your wedding cake with seasonal garnish, and coffee and tea service. 

The Warrington Artisanal Market Station anchors cocktail hour with meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, bruschetta, and hummus, alongside butler-passed petite plates. We don't allow outside caterers. That's a deliberate choice. When the same kitchen handles every course of your wedding, consistency stays in-house, and quality doesn't slip between vendors.

The Bar Is Already Handled

The full top-shelf open bar is included. Maker's Mark, Jameson, Ketel One, Tito's, Tanqueray, and signature craft cocktails like the Expresso Yourself Tini and the Pineapple Paloma are all part of the package. 

There are no bar tiers to sort through and nothing to negotiate separately. It's included, and our team runs bar service from our built in bar areas, so you’re not coordinating staffing or setup.

What Comes With Your Booking

Floral centerpieces and your wedding cake are included in the all-inclusive package. We also manage the day-of logistics with our partner vendors Graziano Flowers, Bredenbeck's, and Desserts by Design. For photography, entertainment, transportation, and your officiant, we offer an open vendor policy. Our partners page lists names we've worked with if you'd like a starting point, but you're never required to use them.
