How The Warrington Makes Wedding Planning Effortless in Warrington, PA

Planning a wedding usually means juggling a dozen vendors, a dozen contracts, and just as many phone calls trying to get everyone on the same page. At The Warrington in Warrington, PA, we built our approach around removing that juggling act. Our all-inclusive wedding packages bring your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception together in one organized location, with one team guiding you from your first tour to your last dance.

Planning Your Wedding at The Warrington

Bucks County couples come to us because they want a day that feels put together without having to do all the coordinating themselves. Here is how that actually plays out once you book with us.

One Location for Your Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception

Your day can begin outdoors in our award-winning Bucolic Gardens, where a grand balcony entrance leads you down a one hundred-foot aisle we like to call memory lane, framed by an arch and landscaped grounds that give your photographer plenty to work with. After the ceremony, guests can move indoors for cocktail hour and reception, keeping the day connected while using the spaces the way they are designed.

We host indoor receptions in the Wedgewood Ballroom, which comfortably holds between 125 and 300 guests, or the Crystal Ballroom, sized for smaller gatherings of 50 to 150. Both rooms give you a real sense of scale, so you are choosing a space that actually fits your guest list instead of hoping it works out.

What Your All-Inclusive Package Includes

Cocktail hour opens with our Warrington Artisanal Market Station, a grazing table stocked with meats, cheeses, fruits, bruschetta, and more alongside butler-passed petite plates for guests.

The Arbor Room and our Modern Speakeasy both serve as cocktail spaces with their own character. The Arbor Room is bright with large windows overlooking Arbor Gardens.  The Modern Speakeasy offers a stylish, contemporary cocktail setting. Reception service includes a champagne toast, a first course of salad or soup with artisanal rolls, four entrée options for your guests to choose from, and a wedding cake finished with seasonal garnish, followed by coffee and tea.

Floral centerpieces and your wedding cake are part of the package too.  Set up a complimentary consultation with our partnered florist and bakery vendors so those details get handled without adding another vendor search to your plate.

Service You Can Count On, From Coordinator to General Manager

A wedding runs smoothly when the people behind it know what they are doing, and we staff every event accordingly. You will have an on-site coordinator working your day, backed by a Manager and General Manager who are present and available to support the flow of the event throughout the day.

That layered staffing means when a timeline shifts or a question comes up mid-event, there is someone right there to handle it, so you and your guests can stay focused on the celebration instead of the logistics.

Cuisine and Bar Crafted for Your Reception

Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Jerry King, has put real investment into the kitchen, and it shows in how the food looks and tastes when it reaches the table. Because catering stays in-house, with an open vendor policy for many non-catering vendor categories, your menu and bar are handled by people who know our kitchen, our service flow, and our event spaces. The bar is fully open and top shelf, pouring Maker's Mark, Jameson, Ketel One, Tito's, and Tanqueray, along with signature craft cocktails built with fresh juices and syrups.

Conclusion

If you are picturing a wedding day where the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception all feel connected instead of stitched together, that is exactly what we designed The Warrington to deliver. From the walk down memory lane in the Bucolic Gardens to the last course served in the Wedgewood or Crystal Ballroom, our team stays close to every detail so your day feels organized, connected, and supported from ceremony through reception.
